Mission & Values

We ONLY see what we know

This is our motto, because if we do not know an anatomical structure in detail, it will certainly be unlikely for us to prevent and manage the related complications.

For this reason we offer courses of dissection anatomy in the first instance and courses of application of surgical techniques in a second step, with diversified modules based on the level and the clinical needs of each participant, ranging from oral surgery to facial esthetic medicine.

How we want to do this

1By proposing a ONE-OF-A-KIND educational program on cadavers with an approach that must be first as an anatomist and then as a clinician.
2Through diversified modules based on the level and the clinical needs of each participant, ranging from oral surgery to facial esthetic medicine.
3By taking maximum advantage of the cadaver, learning anatomy through dissection by planes.
4By providing one head for every 2 participants to give everybody the opportunity to take part directly.
5By personally performing the dissection of the specific anatomical structures and applying the described surgical techniques directly on the cadaver, with the instruments and materials made available.

Faculty

The Academy prides itself of an international teaching staff of anatomists and clinicians with a considerable experience in the field of anatomical dissection, and boasts a strong partnership with the professors of the Department of cranio-cervico-facial anatomy at Université René Descartes Paris V, a historical reference center for anatomical dissection in Europe, and one of the most prestigious in the world

Enhance your career by learning detailed anatomy.

The application  of our surgical techniques is a fundamental step, that however follows the strengthening of anatomical knowledge. We do not offer only dissection courses for application of surgical techniques or implant positioning.

The Cadaver Lab in Trecchi Palace is a modern and high-tech facility which has been designed paying the utmost attention to teaching paths.

Thirteen operating stations are present in the dissecting room; each station is equipped with all microsurgery instruments necessary for dissection as well as a videocamera for recording practice and  live connection with the conference room.
